Cancellation Policy:
Our staffers understand the challenges of sick/injured campers who are unable to attend camp. It's a real bummer when we miss out on fun activities and new friends. However, our staffers raise funds to purchase supplies and snacks to fit a specific capacity. We have a waitlist of families wanting to attend our camp, and therefore, cancellations are a really tricky subject. We in no way want to inconvenience families, but we have to be realistic about the detriments cancellations make to our camp. If you cancel before the month of May, you will not be charged. If you cancel during June/the week of camp, you will be charged $45 dollars a day per child for each day enrolled in and canceled. Thank you so much for your understanding.
Please note that aftercare is exempt from the cancellation policy; If you sign up for a day of aftercare, you will be charged for that day.

Our top priority is always your child's safety. For this reason, our staff is trained in CPR, bleeding control, the heimlich maneuver, etc., every single year before camp starts. We ask that all campers who are feeling ill remain at home for their safety and the safety of others. Beyond this, we have a trusted adult on site at all times to be relied on in the event of emergency. We have a basic medical supplies on hand like Band-Aids, Neosporin, and ice-packs and are happy to treat any minor scrapes or injuries; we will always inform parents of any injuries at pick-up, or if your child needs to be picked up early, call you and arrange this. If your child has any specific medical conditions, please inform us so we can work to support them best as possible.
Check-In Process:
When you drop your child off at camp, you are more than welcome to walk in with them, check out the space, and get them settled; each morning, we'll have games and activities ready for them to engage with as soon as they enter. The first day your kiddo attends camp, all parents must sign a standard babysitting waiver. After this, you are free just drop the camper off, we'll check them in as present and confirm that they are/are not participating in aftercare that given day. If you have any additional questions, drop-off is great for these! Drop-off and pick-up are located in the drive way of 4653 Edgewood Ave, which is the left side of the house, if you're looking in from the street.
