Our staffers at SSC pride ourselves in our dynamic and playful programming! It is our goal that every camper feels engaged and eager to participate in each day's unique theme, exploring a variety of exciting areas.
Because our counselors are at a relatable age to our campers, we are able to understand what our clientelle will enjoy, resulting in all truly fun activities that foster creativity and enjoyment. While this is the schedule for the week, don't forget that aftercare includes its own itinerary of fun games, activities and ideas for your kiddos!
Monday - Maker Day
For the first day of SSC, we're bringing back a tried-and-true camper favorite: maker day! We'll tap into your child's creativity with activities such as chalk art, bracelet making, and cardboard creations. Kids will also be building race tracks for toy cars, making paper airplanes, and baking some sweet treats!
Tuesday - Adventure Day
Another classic! On Tuesday, kiddos will play, perform, and create, accompanied by counselors in some truly wacky costumes. We'll embark on a scavenger hunt as pirates, brave the "Wild West" in a cowboy-themed obstacle course, and solve some mysteries as spies!
Wednesday - Time Travel Day
A new addition to the SSC schedule! With our top-notch time machine technology, kids will visit different time periods and participate in silly themed activities! We'll see some dinosaurs, paint portraits in the renaissance, and boogie down in a 70's disco dance party! Get ready for a goofy blast from the past (and future... did someone say robots?).
Thursday - PJ Day
Thursday will be filled with lots of crafts, laughs and slumber party fun! We'll build a fort, make some snacks, and decorate sleep masks - pausing for some silly story time (featuring your favorite counselors as improv actors!). Make sure to send your campers in their favorite pajamas!
Friday - Career Day
In the final day of SSC, your camper will wear many hats - literally! Kids will be fashion designers, doctors, teachers, and more! Your little architects will build marshmallow-toothpick towers, solve a silly crime as lawyers, and wrap up the day as engineers in a funky, Shark Tank - esque inventing game!
